Modesto Roadsters Host America 250 Celebration Weekend at Modern Woodmen Field

The Modesto Roadsters are going big for America 250 Celebration Weekend, brought to you by One Toyota of Oakland, as the Oakland Ballers come to Modern Woodmen Field for a holiday homestand packed with promotions, giveaways, and family fun.

It all starts Friday night with the Roadsters’ biggest fireworks show of the year, continues Saturday afternoon with a Hawaiian Shirt Giveaway and $2.50 ballpark specials, then wraps up Sunday morning with a Misting Fan Giveaway, pre-game autographs, pups in the park, and kids running the bases after the game.

This is the weekend to bring the family, bring your friends, wear the red, white, and Roadsters blue, and celebrate America’s 250th at the ballpark.

Start your holiday weekend early with a Friday night ballgame and the Roadsters’ largest fireworks show of the year after the game.

Before the parades, BBQs, pool parties, and Fourth of July plans, come out to Modern Woodmen Field and kick off the weekend with baseball under the lights, ballpark energy, and a fireworks finale made for the whole Valley.

Saturday: Hawaiian Shirt Giveaway, $2.50 Specials, Cruiser on Drums, and Live Music

Saturday’s America 250 celebration keeps the party rolling with a special afternoon game built around the holiday theme. Come early, grab your seat, and enjoy a loaded day at the ballpark before heading out for your favorite Fourth of July fireworks show later that night.

Saturday features a Hawaiian Shirt Giveaway, plus $2.50 General Admission tickets, $2.50 Cruiser lights, $2.50 hot dogs, $2.50 pretzel bites, and $2.50 sodas.

Cruiser will also be on drums, and after the ninth inning, fans can stay for a live concert on the field featuring Girls Smash Guitars. There will also be a Rockit Giveaway Saturday and a chance to win a guitar.

Sunday: Misting Fan Giveaway, Autographs, Pups, and Kids Run the Bases

Sunday | First Pitch: 11:00 AM

Sunday closes out the homestand with a morning ballgame and another day full of family-friendly fun.

Fans can enjoy a Misting Fan Giveaway, pre-game autographs, and a chance to bring your pooch to the park. After the game, kids get to take the field and run the bases.
